Induction Program Mission

The mission of the GRPS Induction Program is to provide a strategic, systematic structure of differentiated learning and support that retains highly qualified educators, increases a sense of value and belonging, and empowers new educators and mentors to create equitable learning that ensures every GRPS scholar is an educated, self-directed, productive member of society.

Induction Program Vision

The GRPS Induction Program will be a highly collaborative, job-embedded professional learning system that will improve scholar academic and socio-emotional success through increased effectiveness of equitable educator practices by:

• Building strong community support at the building and district level

• Fostering a cycle of inquiry, action, and reflection

• Providing ongoing support for applying new learning around best practices

• Addressing challenges encountered by new educators and mentors
