HS Guidance

Please contact the guidance secretary by email, phone call or fax to request an official high school transcript. Her contact information is listed below. She will need the student name at the time of graduation, year of graduation, birth date, name and address of transcript recipient, and a way to contact the person making the request. A request in writing may be required depending on year of graduation. There is no fee for a transcript request.
