Senior Projects

 Graduation projects for this year will have a focus on your plan for after high school and conclude with an “exit interview” in the spring. Students will create resumes, compile references, learn about interview skills, and write a one page paper focused on their career/life plan. 

 The activities for the project will again be handled through English and Economics classes with Mrs. Pattison coordinating this for students enrolled in online. 

 The project grade will be part of English class.  There will NOT be a separate class called Grad Project and there will not be a separate grade.  Students who fail to successfully complete the project and “exit interview” will get an Incomplete for English and not be able to graduate until the project is done.

 Senior exit interviews will be conducted on March 15, 2024.  There is no regular school that day.  Seniors will be scheduled a time to present their career plan, resume, and references in an interview format.  Students should dress as they would for an interview and plan to speak for a few minutes about their plans for life after graduation.

Criteria for National Honor Society is available by clicking  on the NHS criteria document above.  Induction happens in the Junior year, but extra curricular and service activities must begin in the Sophomore year.
