The fourth republican presidential debate gives insight to why former president Donald Trump has so far skipped the 2024 primary debate gatherings.

B. Why do you think that Donald Trump has not participated in any of the Republican debates so far?


I think Trump doesn't attend in fear of criticism that might come on, especially over his inability to fulfill his pledges to "drain the swamp" and make Mexico pay for a border.

C. Of the four people in this debate, who do you think has the best chance to take on Trump?


I think Desantis has the best chance to take on Trump because he focuses on foreign policies, US border policy,the economy, and electability.

I think Vivek Ramaswamy is earning a reputation for his extreme views that involve conspiracy theories.

E. What is Chris Christie's main goal in running for the Republican nomination, based on what you read in the story?


Chris Christie's main goal in running for the Republican nomination is pledging to not support Trump if he becomes a nominee.

F. Do you think that any of these people will actually win the Republican nomination for president? Explain your answer.

I don't think any of these people will win this nomination because their goals and campaigns aren't as strong as many other possible candidates could offer. These campigns are a little to loose and aren't easy to follow through with.
