This policy covers issues relating to the employment of family members including spouses and immediate family members at the College
This policy is intended to guide College decision makers to a common and principled understanding of how to conduct the College’s employment affairs with equality and integrity
To provide a process whereby the grievances of individual employees or small groups of employees can be resolved as near to their point of origin, as quickly as possible
Extraneous Employment refers to remunerated employment or remunerated activities taking place outside College hours. It refers to any employment that does not form part of the employment contract between an employee and the College. It specifically applies to staff members who charge for any extra lessons offered to any students
To provide guidelines associated with functions and gifts for staff when they leave the employ of the College due to resignation or retirement

This policy outlines the College's right to access and monitor the use of any activities by an employee on school issued device and work email address. The use of the College network is also governed by the by the policy "Computer ethics, acceptable use of Technology and the Saints Network"
St Stithians College and the Thandulwazi Trust undertakes seeking to raise funds to sponsor the Thandulwazi Academy’s financial outlay for this project in its entirety. Such funding will be used to cover all costs associated with the relevant Intern Teachers on the programme. The number of Intern Teachers offered will be reviewed annually and will be determined by budgetary constraints
This policy outlines details relating to all leave typed applicable to different categories of staff
Due to an amendment in the National Credit Act, the College is no longer permitted to extend loans to staff as at April 2019. The College has, however, signed an agreement with a service provider who is able to assist with staff loans, and they have a 48-hour turnaround time once all relevant documents have been submitted correctly
