Welcome to Team Saints!
Being a new staff member can be quite overwhelming, but we would like to provide you with as much information we can to help you every step of the way along your journey as a staff member at Saints.
Depending on when you start at the College, you will be invited to attend our staff induction where you get to walk around our beautiful campus, meet the members of our College Executive and gain information about different parts of our school.
By now you would have signed and returned your letter of offer and employment contract and possibly all your paperwork so we can load you onto payroll. If not, you can find details further down this page.
I would encourage you to visit and explore the College website (www.stithian.com), which includes a range of important documents, policies and information, which I would encourage you to familiarise yourself with. I would also encourage you to read the College Statement of Intent and Purpose together with details of our Strategy 2025 document, which can be found on the Governance page: (https://www.stithian.com/content/page/governance).

Please feel free to contact us should you not find what you are looking for or you don't know who to address your query to and we will endeavour to point you in the right direction

There is just no getting away from submitting documents and completing, what seems like, an endless amount of forms.
You will be required to complete and return the following documents to HR@stithian.com
Signed copy of your employment contract
New Employee Information Sheet
EEA1 Form
Network and Email account request form
ISASA Pension Fund New Member Application (for permanent employees only)
ISASA Pension fund Nomination Form (for permanent employees only)
Completed and signed Package Structure
Declaration of Other Income Form
Sexual Offenders Affidavit
Together with the documents listed above, please also let us have a clear copy of your:
ID
Bank letter/Statement confirming banking details
Certified SACE Certificate (if applicable)
Certified Sexual Offenders Clearance Certificate
Certified qualifications
CV
