Kim's core role is to drive the people strategy for the College and partner with the Rector and members of the College Executive to assist them with all people related matters. She oversees the full HR value chain but with a specific focus on HR strategy, organisational design, recognition and reward and employee value proposition.
Lukhanyiso oversees all aspects of employee engagement across all levels of the College including labour relations, employment equity, diversity & transformation, HR risk and compliance and staff engagement to name a few. He partners with members of the College Stratplan group and also is the key business partner for staff.
Lerato oversees all aspects of the HR value chain relating to talent growth and people development. This ranges from recruitment & selection of staff, training & development , talent management , succession planning and offboarding
Hengie oversees all aspects of the HR value chain relating to HR service excellence. This includes onboarding of new staff, day to day customer support for all HR related queries, staff well-being, data analytics and being the first point of contact for our team.
Tsholo oversees all aspects of HR support to the Thandulwazi Maths & Science Academy programmes such as Intern Teacher programmes, ECD facilitators, Saturday School teachers.
