College Employment Equity Policy
While the policy deals with a range of specific issues in some detail, it is important to highlight the College’s key empowerment principles as hereunder:
To comply with the policies, procedures and rules established by the College – these preserve and protect the interests of the College and all its stakeholders.
To challenge other stakeholders who do not conduct themselves in a professional or ethical manner – their conduct will affect others in a negative way.
To treat others in a respectful, fair and caring manner – they will respond positively in return and will achieve the best results, even under difficult circumstances.
To accept responsibility for decisions and actions at work – strive to behave at all times in a way which is above reproach and brings credit to the College and its beneficiaries.
