Customers using CSN transport circuits receive the following benefits:

• Tailored and scalable connectivity solutions, vetted for you, from multiple vendors that provide performance and reliability while offering speeds from 1.5 Mbps to 10GB (based on requirements & availability of the service).

• Transport solution types may include MOE (metro over ethernet) / MPLS (multiprotocol label switching) / IPVPN (internet protocol virtual private network) / DIA (direct internet access) / coax (cable internet) / satellite (StarLink or HughesNet technologies) and cellular. Note: Service availability is subject to site survey and vendor availability.

The Colorado State Network (Transport Circuits) service is committed to the following resolution times:

1. Priority 1 High and/or Service Outage: Goal is to resolve within four hours

2. Priority 2 Medium: Goal is to resolve within 24 hours, but no more than three business days

3. Priority 3 Low: Goal is to resolve within five business days, but no more than 10 business days
