Our Data Visualization services help you discover insights and patterns in your data, present them in an easily-digestible manner to stakeholders, and make informed, data-driven business decisions. We utilize Tableau Server, an enterprise data visualization platform that supports complex computations, data blending and dashboard tools to create publishable visualizations, providing new insights into your data. In addition to the above customer benefits, Tableau’s intuitive, user-friendly interface is easy to learn with no coding skills or additional knowledge required. With Tableau, you can customize data visualizations for different stakeholders based on defined roles and access privileges, and create interactive visualizations in minutes with drag-and-drop functionalities.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for assuring that only reviewed and approved data visualizations are published or made accessible to intended or authorized viewers.

Customers must supply the necessary information and resources for project participation in a manner that allows the project to stay on deadline and within budget.

Service Notes

We are working diligently to mitigate any adverse issues due to Tableau version mismatches in the event that content should be migrated and/or published on both the public and private servers. As well, we are working closely with the OIT service desk and deskside support teams to assist with all desktop client upgrades.
