This page provides three different views (Current Billing, Budget vs Actual (Year to Date), and Budget vs Forecast) into your monthly utilization reporting and will help assist your agency when reviewing the monthly invoice you receive from OIT. (Please note: the budget total has been updated to reflect OIT's FY23 supplemental request. The budget amounts do not include any estimate for the enterprise services category)
Remember to filter by your agency and the selected month you wish to review. The dashboards will always default to all agencies and the most current month that has been billed.
