This page includes a dashboard for Payments to OIT appropriations as listed in the FY2026 Operating Long BIll Appropriation, updated on a monthly basis and includes:

• Summary of Agency Payments to OIT operating long bill appropriation amounts, including year-to-date expenditures, and encumbrances as posted in CORE (BA-004 CORE report appropriation type T10 and T11).

• Agency Driven: Budget vs CORE actuals/encumbrances table reflects how much of the monthly RtB invoices that an agency chooses to code against their Payments to OIT appropration in CORE.

• OIT Driven: Budget vs RtB Amount table reflects the monthly RtB invoice amount that OIT bills out to each agency for OIT services consumed.
