Utilization data in the below charts and tables is provided by the Deskside Support Services team. The metric is per direct product costs for Microsoft licensing. 

The OIT billing information includes the statewide totals at the start of each fiscal year. Customers pay for net new purchases throughout the year directly, prior to those costs being included in OIT's billing the following fiscal year. Please note, customers can increase license counts on the Enterprise Agreement, but reductions can only be done during the contract renewal period.
