Multiple services provided by OIT are billed per appropriated FTE. Utilization data in the below charts and tables is static month over month as the FTE allocation is set annually based on the appropriated FTE data at the time of budget setting (ie. for FY25 budgeting / billing, the FTE numbers were pulled from the most recent Appropriations report available during that budget planning cycle in the spring of 2023).
