The eProcurement Modernization Project is managed by the Office of the Executive Director within the Colorado Department of Personnel and Administration. The project team is responsible for coordinating activities across agencies, overseeing vendor partnerships, and ensuring alignment with statewide goals for modernization, transparency, and service improvement. The team aims to strengthen collaboration, improve access to information, and create a foundation that supports long-term operational efficiency. Together, the eProcurement Modernization Project Team is working to build a modern, reliable, and user-centered procurement experience for Colorado.
