In this section you will find a summary of what Program Approved Service Agencies (PASAs) are, as well as a training module to provide additional information on the services and enrollment processes required to become a PASA.
In addition to the PASA Application itself, additional documents are needed in order for CDPHE to review and approve an application. Information about what those documents are can be found here.

This section includes detailed service descriptions and information about each service PASAs can apply for.
This section will provide documents to help guide new PASA applicants through the requirements for an initial, on-site survey. This includes requirements for policies and procedures, staff training, and knowledge of the rules and regulations governing PASAs.
