Transcript Requests

GRADUATES: To order a copy of your high school transcript, please complete the form below. Check that all information is correct before submitting as this may cause delays in completing your request. All requests will be completed within 2 BUSINESS DAYS of the date received. 

NON-GRADUATES: To order a copy of your high school transcript, please complete the form below.  Check that all information is correct before submitting as this may cause delays in completing your request. All requests will be completed within 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS of the date received. 

Transcript Request - Graduates

Final transcripts will automatically be sent to the college/university/trade school indicated on the Senior Exit Survey that was completed by the student. Final transcripts will be sent out by the June 30.
