Permission forms need to be returned to the Counseling Office prior to the day of the trip.
Students will tour their top 3 program choices at CWCTC.

February: Applications are typically due by the end of February.
Applications with supplemental materials required by CWCTC will be reviewed and forwarded to CWCTC by the SHS Counseling Department.

March - May: CWCTC reviews applications from the 10 sending schools and determines acceptances based on the number of seats allotted per program per sending school that are projected to be available for the upcoming school year.

SHS Counselors will send out acceptance letters. Both parents and students must accept and return the acceptance letter to the Counseling Office by a defined due date.
