2. Navigate the Enhanced Survey reports to analyze results and identify areas of strength/opportunities for growth.
3. Understand what the Panorama Check-In feature is, how to use it, and why it’s useful as a progress monitoring tool.

2. Schoolytics Updates

Updates - Tools to Leverage for master scheduling

To support master scheduling
- Schoolytics course requests dashboards refresh at noon and 6pm every day.
- Course Requests (Draft) Dashboards: By-Student Course Request Table(wide) , Student Course Requests (vertical)
- Courses by Section and Teacher (with subgroup % enrolled by section)
  - Need to see data for specific student groups? Email Lennie and she will set it up for you (and show you how to create).
- Real Time Canvas Data Dashboards
- D/F Lists: Canvas D/F Lists, Progress Report D/F Lists
- Off Track - Click red part of bar to see of track for grad roster
  - Training Video - Toggle from District to Site Level Data, Download DF Lists
On the horizon - incoming 9s data warehousing via schoolytics data wall (8th report card grades, resident school in “real time”, caaspp (summer) etc.)
- Work in Progress(WIP):
  - Pre-Enrollment Dashboards - Report Card data coming soon
    - Known issue - not all out-of-district schools are pulling in, engineers working on it
  - Schoolytics version of “Grade Guardian” - design phase

Schoolytics Training Videos - to be expanded and include a digital guide by fall.
Lennie will start to add simple training instructions at the top of each dashboard (blue area) w/ video links
