NoRedInk is an online platform designed to help students improve their grammar and writing skills.
It offers personalized exercises based on the student's interests, allowing them to practice grammar concepts in the context of sentences related to topics they enjoy.
The platform covers a wide range of topics, including punctuation, sentence structure, grammar rules, and more.
It's commonly used in educational settings to supplement language arts instruction and to provide additional practice opportunities for students.
The first time you access NoRedInk from Canvas, you'll be asked to link Canvas to an existing NoRedInk account.
You can sign in to your NoRedInk account using your district issued Google/GMAIL account directly from Canvas.
Teachers can create NoRedInk assignments for students directly in Canvas by accessing NoRedInk as an External Tool in submission types.
Students will be able to access assignments directly through Canvas with their NoRedInk grades syncing to the platform's grade book.
Students will go through Canvas and Schoology to create their accounts and be rostered in classes.
Teachers must first create a NoRedInk assignment in Canvas; students will then access that assignment.
Note: Teachers will not see students appear in student data until students have selected the assignment.
