Use these handouts to guide you in talking about the book with your child. Teach animal and body part vocabulary, ask questions, play I Spy using the picture cards, play Simon Says, do the Hokey Pokey, make an animal collage, play the Animal Sounds game. Have fun!
Use these color/black & white picture cards to play: bingo, memory, matching, etc. the possibilities are endless. If you don't have access to a printer, draw them, see what same/different animals your child may already have in their collection of toys, cut animals out of magazines, get creative. Have fun!
