Ground Leasing

Space Leasing: Offices, Stores and Warehouses
(Eric Cohn, PNC) Represented a financial institution in negotiating and documenting a 140,000 square foot lease. The building will serve as the client's Cincinnati, OH headquarters. The lease was complex and included naming rights on the building, rights to expand, right to contract, and renewal options, among other considerations.
