POLICY
The Marketing Department is tasked with oversight of the Firm’s marketing, business development, public relations, CLE and attorney advertising compliance. If you find yourself in need of these services, it is standard operating procedure to first engage the Marketing Department. The Marketing Department will review your need, establish a scope of work, incorporate participation by other lawyers (as warranted), gain Firm buy-in on related expenses and other considerations, and proceed accordingly.
If you are considering engaging outside resources – complimentary or paid – for services offered by the Marketing Department, please contact Lianne Cospito (Director of Marketing), Al Cepeda (Director of Administration) or Bob Luddy (Managing Partner) so we can understand your need and ensure any alternative is done with necessary oversight of the Marketing Department and also in compliance with our brand aesthetic, attorney advertising rules and our obligations for professional liability.
