(Rob Wilk for an unnamed not-for-profit, prior to Windels Marx) Represented a not-for-profit in matters related to negotiating and obtaining licensing rights from several national music copyright holders for multiple airings of their production that was later distributed via broadcast and cable television stations in the metro-NYC area.

(Ed Shea, since 2008, as of 2012) For many, serving as a director and member of the Finance Comm of the Theater for the New City Foundation, Inc., which is known for producing the works of emerging playwrights and providing opportunities for young actors and other performers.
(Ed Shea, Vice Chairman of the Board, as of 2012, NOTE: "Theatre" is correct spelling in this case) Served as a director and committee member of The Pearl Theatre Company, which is known for its performances of classic Shakespeare, Ibsen and Moliere productions, among many others.
(Jerome Walsh with Bob Luddy and Bob Mercurio for the late Robert Altman (2006) and his production company, Sandcastle 5 Productions) For more than 30 years, served as counsel to a prominent film director and producer and his principal production company. Following the director's passing, we continue to serve as an officer and director of the production company. Throughout the representation, we have been involved in numerous disputes relating to movie and television productions.
