Rental Policy

Rental Policy:

1. $ 300 deposit is required to make reservation.

2. Check in/Check out: Check-in no sooner than 4pm and check-out no later than 10 am.

3. Renter must be 21 years of age or older. Rental payment is due three months before your arrival date. If booking within three months of arrival, full payment is needed to be paid after reservation confirmation with rental agreement.

4. Deposit will be refunded approximately one or two weeks after your departure following a satisfactory report from the property managers.

Cancellation Policy:

The Renter may cancel the holiday booked at any time after it has been confirmed. Cancellation request must be in an email.

The following cancellation charges will apply to all rentals cancelled:

a) Over 90 days prior to check-in - 50% deposit.

b) 60 to 90 days prior to check-in - deposit/rent retained as credit towards rental within one year.

d) 30 to 60 days prior to check-in - 50% of rental and full deposit.

d) Within 30 days prior to check-in - 100% of rental or full deposit if rent has not been paid.
