My family of six and my sisters family of six stayed in this home early June while we visited Florida and went to Universal. The property was as described. There was a small handful of items that needed addressing and the management company did so as soon as possible with excellent attention to customer service. Most importantly this place was just what we look for in a vacation rental. A home away from home. The owners were also very prompt in returning our security deposit in full. Honestly I didn’t find the requirements for return of deposit to be very difficult to manage at all, in fact most seemed like common courtesy to the owner and coming renter.

OMG!! The property is EVERYTHING!! We rented both properties since there were so many of us, and we were not let down at all. Ann was wonderful and patient with me. Planning for a large family is not easy. I had 100' s of questuons and she answered. We are looking forward to making this an every 2 year trip to florida and having this as our home away from home.

This was the perfect home for our family of 19 to stay. The kitchen is so roomy and up to date that’s where we gathered mostly. The kids enjoyed the beautiful pool. House is immaculate and has everything anyone would need. Thanks to Ann and Gary for their letting us use this fantastic vacation home!

We had an amazing time in this Villa. The Villa was extremely clean upon our arrival. The pool was already warm. They also left a small amount of essential supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap) which most rentals don't do which was great after driving all night from MD and not having any room in the car to shop before we arrived. Ann was phenomenal and answered any of my questions quickly. The neighborhood was quiet and perfectly located to Disney, local restaurants, stores, and entertainment. We definitely recommend staying here and will be contacting Ann again next time we're heading to Florida! Thanks Ann for your wonderful Villa!

I was so impressed from the beginning to the end. Ann & Gary quickly responded to each question and request, making the entire rental process pleasant. When we arrived at the property, the staff were friendly and accommodating! The house was AWESOME! Plenty of room for our huge family, clean rooms, big kitchen area, amazing pool area and game room (these kept the kids entertained throughout our stay). There was a nice park across the street from the house, the neighborhood was quiet... I would definitely recommend this property to all my friends and will stay here again when I plan future vacations in the area!!!

I was so amazed at how beautiful and spacious the house was. This was the first time my big family (14 people) were able to fit comfortably in one place on vacation. The house was very clean and well-maintained. The description of the house is very accurate. We loved the pool! The house is minutes away from several shops, restaurants, Disney theme parks, and grocery stores. Everything was perfect! My family and I will be booking this house for our future Florida trips.

Our group of family and friends, (20 of us, mostly adult), stayed at this beautiful property for 13 days in March April of 2018.

The house was clean, well furnished and had an excellent location nearby the main clubhouse and community water park located within the Windsor @ Westside community.The community itself is relatively new. This house had a private pool in the back with the extra thought out safety measure of a fence to keep smaller children and animals out.The kitchen/dining area was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans for whatever meals we cooked there.

The owners, Ann & Gary answered all emails and requests quickly and efficiently. We are already planning our 2019 vacation, and will probably request this house again if available.

Great rental home!

My family and I chose to stay at this villa for our Orlando trip for 2 weeks and there was more than enough room for everyone. We love that the location was close to the parks but still quiet for the r&r that we needed at the end of the day. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make food. Anything else that we needed, we could just drive to Walmart which was only 5 minutes away! The pool and spa was perfect for us when we wanted to jump in after a day at the park. The only thing was the pool heat wasn't as hot as we like it to be, but it certainly wasn't a deal breaker. Ann was a pleasure to work with, and answered all questions that I had promptly. All in all, we wouldn't hesitate to book this house again for our future trip.

Wonderful location, beautiful home and very clean

From the booking of the house on-line to getting the return deposit, our experience was WONDERFUL. We (a group of 19) rented the 2 houses together; we went to Disney celebrating the miracle of our niece being cancer free. We all have wonderful memories. Coming back to the houses in the evenings after a long day of walking, the pool was nice for the children and the adults had everything they needed for the meals and a good nights rest. Thank you for opening up your home to our family.

Beautiful home and floorplan, excellent pool

This is a beautiful home with an excellent floorplan for single or multiple families. Plenty of living/socializing space, plus a great pool and spa. Safe and well maintained neighborhood. Location is ideal; plenty of shopping, restaurants, and close proximity to Florida Theme Parks.

Ann and Gary are fabulous, our group had change after change and Ann worker with me well beyond reason to make our stay perfect.

The house itself was super, in a gated community, clean, secure, plush, gorgeous clubhouse and grounds. Within 1 mile there was a grocery store, restraunts and other shops, super close to the parks and outlet malls :-)

The home (and yes it feels like a home) was great, welcoming, SPACIOUS, clean, well maintained and had everything you needed to just cozy right in.

The pool area was so nice to have, and was secured for little ones safety.

Our family was so blown away by the home, definitely way better than a hotel. We will be back again, I've recommended Ann and Gary to all my friends. Do yourself a favor and go with them if possible you will not be disappointed

Ample Space for a large group and amazing location

This house has ample space to accommodate large groups!!! It has a very nice set up and having our own pool/hot tub right outside our patio door was so fun for the adults & kids! The bedrooms are huge and the amount of bathrooms in the house was perfect for our group.

The best part was the location of this house! Its literally right across the street to the neighborhood pool (AWESOME POOL... It has a mini water park, fun lazy river, and the perfect depth for little kids), restaurant, bar, and workout center! The staff at the club house was so friendly and fun to be around! The pool has fun organized activies for the kids to play!

Spacious pool home

We stayed in this house for the entire month of February. It was perfect for our family of 5. It had room for everyone to spread out and large common areas. The pool heat was great, always nice and warm which was good since the kids were in it every single day! A pool service also came once a week to check the pool. Two other rentals on the street had problems with the pool heat so we were very glad ours worked without any issues. The community was great for the kids to bike, scooter, and roller blade around (it’s basically one big circle with some cross roads) the community park was small but we made use of it. We visited Disney and LEGOLAND with short drives to each, about 15-20 to Disney and 40 to LEGOLAND. Ann was wonderful to work with, I’d recommended their rentals to anyone!Hope to visit again!

Great house in Clermont, FL

This 8 bedroom house is in excellent condition and very clean. It was perfect for our golf trip of eight men. Everything is up-to-date and in a very nice area, close to places to eat and golf. We did not use the pool and hot-tub, but they looked quite nice. The lanai was a very relaxing place to sit and visit after a long day of golf. The owners maintained good communication and we had no problems during our stay. We plan to stay there next year.

With a family of 10 we had plenty enough room for everyone. The pool was amazing and the kids used it every day, I had it heated and it was a perfect temp. The property was close to Disney and many other things to do. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was very quite and nice people. My family would recommend and rent from Ann and Gary again.

The 8 bedrooms were perfect for our group of 8 women golfers. Each woman had their own space and there was plenty of seating on the couches for talking and seats at the large table for breakfast. The game room and pool and hot tub were a bonus. The location to grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants was fantastic. We had easy access to all main roads in and out of the area, yet the location was very quiet. Thank you so much for sharing this huge home
