Booking Procedures:
Step 1: When you are ready to reserve the house, $300 ($500 for the 9 bedroom home) refundable deposit is required for booking one week or less. Additional $100 is required for each additional week of booking (Negotiable for longer bookings). To pay the deposit, click Pay Deposit .
Step 2: Once we receive the deposit, we will email you the rental agreement. Please fax or email/mail the signed rental agreement at your earliest convenience.
Step 3: Full rent is due 90 days prior to your check-in date. If the booking is already within 90 days, full rent is due immediately.
Step 4: We will email you the confidential villa door code and check in/out instructions about 7 days prior to your check-in date.
Step 5: Deposit will be refunded to you about one week after you check out.
