My family of 22 spent our Christmas vacation in this beautiful home. The pictures shown are a true representation of the house. It is amazing! It was very clean and with lots of space for our large family. When we arrived on Thursday, everyone was so amazed with the property and it's amenities that we changed our plans to spend the day at Disney World on Friday and decided to enjoy the lovely pool and spa at the house and the resort clubhouse. The house is very close to the clubhouse. The large pool, lazy river, lounge chairs, cabanas, bar, etc. makes you feel as if you are on a tropical vacation. The weather during our stay was very nice and warm which made it feel even more tropical! The staff at the clubhouse were nice and provided lots of activities to keep us entertained; the food and drinks were great too! The property is great for children. It was great to have a high chair, pack n play and a stroller provided, less for us to bring with us! The kids loved the playing in the pool and in the large game room. The clubhouse also has a soccer field, volleyball and basket ball court and a playground to keep the kids busy. The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped to prepare meals for a large crowd! We did finally go to Disney World on Saturday and it was only 10 minutes away. Publix, Target and several restaurants close by also. Ann was very easy to work with and provide great customer service. My family and I highly recommend this property and are looking forward to renting it again in the future!

A Christmas vacation

This was the first time I booked a house on line, so needless to say that I was I bit nervous on doing so. But to my surprise, this was a very smooth transaction. Ann and Gary were very helpful and communicative all the way.we were a family of 13 and there was more than enough space for all of us. About 18 minutes to the Disney parks with plenty places to eat a shop along the way.

Absolutely beautiful house!!

20 of us (4 families with kids ranging in age from 6 to 17) rented the house over Christmas. We had such a wonderful time! The house was spacious and the heated pool was wonderful, we couldn't keep the children out of it!! The rooms were very big and well appointed. Oh, and the house had WiFi! (A huge selling point with our teenagers!)

All in all, I highly recommend We had a wonderful time!the property!

Great Property, Really Comfortable

Stayed here 9 nights and couldn't have been happier. The reservation process was clear and easy, and the house was completely ready when we arrived. There's a Publix and CVS nearby, plus lots of restaurants, convenience stores etc. Easy drive to Disney and to I-4 if you're going north towards Universal or southwest towards Tampa and the Gulf. The community is gated and very, very new so there's still some construction going on, but the clubhouse was ready and was a great place to relax if you didn't feel like staying at home. Didn't really have any problems with anything, and hated to leave. Kudos to Ann for her great service.

Excellent Vacation Home at a Great Price

Ms. Ann was a pleasant person to work with. We were a group of 6 families and rented the property from 18-Dec to 24-Dec. Very nice house with all amenities. The price was great.

We had a small maintenance issue which was resolved very quickly. Neighborhood was peaceful and close to all Major Theme Parks.

Overall a very memorable stay. Thank you Ms. Ann :)

Spacious Villa

We travel to Tampa, Florida every December for a tournament and have rented from Ann & Gary for the four (4) years. Each Villa is well maintained and can accommodate large groups of occupants. Recommended and will be used next year!

2016 Home Away From Home For The Holiday!

We brought my mom and our three kids, age 10, 16, 20 for an awesome Thanksgiving weekend. It's unanimous that we want to make this an annual trip!

The villa is in a quiet, well maintained community. There's a nearby Walmart and Publix for groceries and a Walgreens and CVS just outside the community.

There was plenty of room in the house to spread out and do your own thing. We paid to have the pool/spa heated. It was money well spent. The kids splashed around in there everyday.

The process from deposit to check out was very easy thanks to Ann!

Never Wanted To Leave, December 5, 2016

Stayed with my family for 2 nights. Was an amazing experience! House is very spacious and accommodated my family of 22 with ease. Home was very clean and well kept. Pool was very cold - I advise you to request heating services otherwise your spa (jacuzzi) area will be cold as well. We took full advantage of the on sight club house which had a lazy river, bar & lounge area, pool and splash area for children. The staff at the clubhouse was very polite and answered all questions and requests. They made you feel wanted and welcomed all guests. Home is minutes from shopping and attractions and booking process was fast and easy. Definitely planning my next trip with Ann and Gary! Had a fantastic stay!!

Every year for the past 16 years I have taken my daughter & her children to Disney World. Now she is up to 6 children which means staying on Disney site is too costly. So we rent a house. This is the first year we have rented from Ann & Gary. We plan to rent from them whenever we go to Disney from now on. Ann was a dream to work with !!! This house was very comfortable for the eight of us. My grandchildren range from age 17 to 3 years. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and not be right on top of one another. My daughter & I each had our own bathroom and the kids shared the 3rd bathroom. The house was extremely clean and well cared for. It's always good to have a washer & dryer with that many kids - less clothes to bring when you can wash & wear them. We all loved the heated pool & hot tub. In years past with houses that we have rented the heat for the pool & hot tub always seemed cooler than we wished. But at this house the pool & especially the hot tub temps were perfect !!!! It was a 5 minute drive to a super Walmart which had everything we needed. The drive to the parks was not long although during the week there was some morning traffic. I would absolutely recommend this house and renting from Ann & Gary !!!!

My family, we enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. We decided to have a family getaway due to a death in our family and what a great time we had. The house is beautifully decorated and it was big enough for our family. We played pool and hockey with the kids, the pool area was nice with screen in fence, the kitchen was a dream kitchen for some family members, the rooms where big enough and the decorations and colors are nice. I would use this property again. I felt like it was my own home. The community park was beautiful too. So I will surely recommend this property to others and thank you Ann for sharing your home with us.

We chose this house for a family trip, 8 adults and 8 kids. It was perfect for us, 5 rooms with King beds for the adults, 4 rooms had 2 queen beds and 1 had 2 bunk beds. The house really is for 22 people sleeping very comfortably. A fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, a game room, a pool and a gas BBQ will help make the stay even better. An indoor garage for two cars and additional parking for 2 cars just outside of the house. If you want to rest after the parks or take a day off, the condo has a very nice clubhouse with a pool with water games for kids, lazy river, arcade games room, fully equipped gym, multisports court, bar and mini market. The location might seem a little far, but once you get oriented you realize it's just 7-10 minutes to supermarkets and restaurants and 15 minutes to Disney world. 100% recommended.

The villa is absolutely beautiful. Great location for visiting all Orlando has to offer. The booking process was straightforward helped by Ann who was extremely helpful. The management company was extremely helpful and courteous and corrected a minor problem within hours.

We stayed at the villa with our daughters, their husbands and our grandchildren so we were a large party but there was plenty of room and the kids enjoyed every minute.

Stayed in the house with 7 children and my wife and I, we had a blast, the clubhouse is fun and wonderful, the house is very roomy and definitely plenty of room for everyone, great setup with the kitchen being in the middle of everything so cooking can become a social time like it used to be! We have stayed with the owners of this house before and if there is ever anything needing to be addressed they will do it immediately. Highly recommended to anyone with a large party, especially families with children.

This is a lovely home in a very pleasant and well kept neighbourhood. My husband and myself stayed with our two daughters and their husband's and 2 children. We had loads of space. 4 good sized bedrooms and 3 well equiped bathrooms. Two comfortable living rooms and a kitchen with full size cooker fridgefreezer micro wave dishwasher and storage. The laundry room in the house was excellent with a large washer and separate dryer. Access to the pool area was via the livingroom and one if the bedrooms . We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and even used it at night time after an exhausting day in the parks and the temperature was just right we certainly didn't need it heated. The house was spotless when we arrived and was easily kept clean as the main area was tiled. We settled in immediately and had all we required. Any correspondence we had with Ann and Gary prior to our visit was answered immediately and there was clear instructions at the property if we needed to contact the property manager which we did on one occasion and it was dealt with straight away. Provided you are driving all the main attractions were easily accessible. There were local shops in the area and a large Publix supermarket less than a mile away and a 24 hr wallmart. I would definitely love to stay here again and would have no hesitation in recommending this property to friends and family.

The place was perfect for our entire wrestling team - plenty of rooms and bathrooms. We all enjoyed the club house area as well - pool, arcade, volleyball. Wonderful place - hope to go back next year.

The house is very comfortable and clean. It was a nice "home away from home" with extra amenities! The kids loved the game room and of course, the pool. My quite large family and I arrived to a very well maintained home, with more than enough room to Accommodate all 8 of us. The home was nicely decorated and the pool and spa were a refreshing change from all of the hustle and bustle of work. Close to everything but not to close which was definitely what we wanted. Can't wait to plan our next getaway would love to go back this time for a little longer than a week. Highly recommended to all.

This was a very nice vacation home! Myself along with 7 other members of my family stayed here for a week at Disney. It was about a 30 minute drive over to the parks for us. We were pleased with how much space we had with this house, and the pool & spa were great! Ann & Gary were very informative and helpful with all of my pre-trip questions! When we first arrived the air conditioning was not working properly and it was nearly 90 degrees in the home. The management person, ­ Kendrick, was very quick to respond and called the repair man to come out to the home that night to have the issue fixed. The repair man, had the problem corrected within an hour or less. We spent the first 6 hours of our vacation with no air, but after being fixed the temp started coming down in no time. The vents as well as the floors could stand a good cleaning just like any other normal home. Overall, I was very pleased with this vacation home and my experience. I will most definitely be staying here again! :-)

Do NOT pass this villa up...

Seriously, at $130/night, you couldn't find a hotel as nice as this house... It's perfect! It's huge, beautiful, well maintained, convenient to virtually anything... And it has a pool! 15-20 minutes to Disney depending on traffic... Only took 1.5 hours with traffic to get to Cocoa Beach... Only took an hour to get to Tampa (1.5 hours to get to St Pete Beach due to traffic)... Going to the East Coast (from house to 192, to I-4, to 528), your tolls are $4.25 each way... Going to West Coast, it's $.75 each way IF you go past Tampa... But there are absolutely no tolls to get to Disney... If we ever go on a Disney vacation again, we will definitely be staying at this villa...

FYI, something we were unable to do bc of such a large group and finding out at the last minute, you can do a 40 minute "bottom time" dive at Epcot in the Nemo & friends aquarium for $189 a person IF you are scuba certified, which we are... This is full equipment rental included, so divers plan accordingly... You won't be disappointed!
