I've been dealing with Ann for the past few years. My travel softball team has various tournaments at Disney throughout the year and she has taking great care of us every time. Easy to contact. Very responsive to email, and will go out of her way to get you a last minute rental if need be. I recommend her properties highly and can't wait to book with her again. A++++

Ann & Gary were awesome to work with! It was my first time renting homes this way and I wasn't sure what to expect however they made the transaction so smooth. The both homes we rented were beautiful and presentable. Whenever I had any questions or concerns Ann was so understanding and made me comfortable by guiding me via email and phone. I look forward to doing future business with this couple again!

Very beautiful property
From the time i walked through the front door, I was over pleased with this property. The house was very clean and neat. The bedrooms are very spacious with bathroom access from any bedroom in the home. The pool was clean and the gas grill was very beneficial. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils and dishes for anything we chose to cook. All of the TVs worked properly. The game room was very spacious with a "3rd" pullout couch and tv. Between this comfortable home and the Florida sun, it was a mind battle for me not to extend my vacation an extra week☺. It is close to I-4, Disney World, Walmart, and restaurants. I would recommended this home to anyone I know travelling to the Disney/Kissimmee area. Thanks for the opportunity to reside in your lovely property Mrs. Ann. We stayed in the orange home listed here. The home was great for all of our family's needs. My wife and I took our two daughters to Disney and my mother and father in law joined us. This home is perfect for multiple families. The home was clean with nice comfortable furniture and lots of space. There are two "master" bedrooms with large beds and private bathrooms. This allows for privacy for multiple adult families. Additionally there are three more bedrooms surrounding a bathroom in another section of the home. This was allowed my wife and I to be in a room near our young daughters in our own "wing" of the home so we didn't bother my in-laws. The pool was clean and warm. The shrubs and fence around the pool make it very private which is nice with homes so close together. With traffic it took about 20 - 25 minutes to get to any of the Disney parks. There are lots of food options within a 10 minute drive. Grocery stores are easy to access as well as Walmart and other shopping needs. Owners and property manager were both very responsive to our needs and provided great customer service. A great benefit of this home was that it had a pack-n-play, a bumbo seat, and a high chair at the house along with lots of fun toys, games, and decorations for young children. This is great if you are flying down with young children and can't bring those essentials. My family and I will definitely try to book this home the next time we visit the Orlando area.

Our stay at this property was great! Close enough to all the Disney parks but also near stores for groceries. Our family of 10 enjoyed this house, it was so nice to all be in one place together as opposed to a couple different hotel rooms but yet the teenagers could go in the bedrooms to be away from everyone. The property was clean and well maintained and more than enough room for all of us. Three bathrooms was a huge plus as well! It was also very nice to have our own private pool as our youngest granddaughter is a little nervous and doesn't like all the splashing so we did not have to worry about that. Ann, the owner, was super nice and helpful as I had a lot of questions since we have never stayed anywhere other than a hotel. I hope to be able to go back and would definitely recommend this rental property to anybody. Thank you, Ann!

We loved our stay in this lovely peaceful Villa! It really was a home away from home. Everything we needed was right at hand. This villa was so clean and comfortable. Very close to all shopping stores in Kissimmee. We came down for Halloween Horror at Universal Studios, which was also a very short drive. My son loved the mini waterpark and lazy river, all near the clubhouse. I would definitely recommend this house to friends and family. Thank You , Ann and Gary, For providing us with such beautiful and warm stay. Looking forward for renting again in the near future.

My original date was 2 days after Hurricane Irma. Ann was so gracious to change our date. We stayed for 9 days. The house was great. It had everything that we needed. House was clean and the location was perfect. It was minutes from the highway and close to shopping.The location was perfect. We went to Busch Gardens, SeaWorld and Universal Studios all easy to get to since it was so close to highway. Felt very safe in this quite gated community.We loved that there was no carpet anywhere! Had a 9 month old that was crawling so we knew the floors were clean. I have rented houses and the house smells from carpets. Received full deposit back on time. No other complaints. Would stay again.

I spent 4 days at this beautiful home with 10 people from my family.The description to the house is extremely accurate and I felt just at home. Every couple had there own suite and the kids had a blast in the kids room.The house is well maintained, clean, and beds were very comfortable.Ann has everything you need there for cooking essentials which made it much easier to cook then to purchase fast food.The game room is awesome for the kids to be entertained while the adults relax from a long day of being at the Disney park.The distance to the parks is a plus only 15-20 minutes away. Overall the property was such a great fit for my family and i would be renting from Ann again.

My husband, son and I were looking to escape Hurricane Irma on the last day to evacuate from Naples and we reached out to Ann who within a 1/2 hour responded that the house was available. Her and Gary are Angels!!!! The house was very clean and spacious in a very, nice, and quite neighborhood. We had everything and more that we could need to survive. It's also very close to all the Disney attractions restaurants, and Publix. You will not go wrong with renting this property.

Beautiful home in nice quiet neighborhood. My family and I travelled from NC to FL for our annual vacation. With more than 20 adults and children this beautifully decorated home was more than accommodating. It has everything you need for a temporary stay. Highchair, stroller, TVs in every room, Wifi, private pool, grill, and plenty of kitchen essentials to name a few.
Ms. Ann provided a detail email that helped in our travel plans. We arrived about an hour early so we took advantage of the club house which added to our fun. The housekeeping/maintenance team was very friendly and eager to assist. Upon inspection of the home they fixed the few issues we found right away.
It was great having my parents, siblings, neices, and nephews all under one roof. It was a mini family reunion. When we weren't out enjoying the FL sites, we were enjoying family togetherness in the home. We had family dinners together in the massive kitchen, card games, volley ball and drinks by the pool.
Everything was within a reasonable commute, grocery stires, disney, arcades, etc. I would recommend this home for large groups, families, girlfriend trips, and more.

We needed a place to stay before closing on our new home and Ann and Gary came to our rescue. We were able to rent fast them. The house is clean and beautiful. Ann and Gary communicate with you fast and when you need them. I would recommend renting with them.

We stayed in this home for our family trip to Universal Studios that we do a every other year. This year we had 3 families with children that stayed in the home. The pool was amazing as the children rarely got out of it! The access to the clubhouse pool and other amenities was a nice plus to have access too. I would definitely recommend staying here and will see me and my family being a repeat renter. Thanks Ann & Gary!

Best summer vacation ever!
The property was beautiful and had enough space for 12 people to be comfortable. The kids loved the pool and it was a nice size pool. The house was clean and had everything we needed for cooking and washing clothes. Very close to the shopping centers and had cable so we could keep up with our favorite shows. We loved the game room. The owners are very nice and their responses were very quick. We will definitely stay here again.

MY FAMILY AND I HAD A BLAST !
My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this Vacation Home July 22nd-July 29. That was my first time taking my whole family on a vacation staying at a Vacation Home. Ann & Gary helped me along from the beginning to the end. Once we arrived at the Home it was everything that I expected and more. My family was very pleased with the home and the community. Beautiful and In a quiet neighborhood
The house was very spacious and perfect for our family trip of 14. Everyone slept comfortably. The pool was amazing and the kids enjoyed it! The house was located in the perfect area. We went to Disney, Typhoon Lagoon, and Volcano Bay which I think the longest it took to get there was 20 minutes. I love to shop and there was a whole strip of a shopping areas about a five minute drive from the house. We would definitely look at staying again in our future vacation!

We found this to be the perfect vacation home. It was exactly as described. Everything was clean and in working order and the one minor issue we noticed was corrected right away. Well located with grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants nearby. A safe quiet neighborhood. The owners, Ann & Gary were very responsive and the whole process was clear and easy. Would definitely recommend this property and we will look to them again for future vacations.
