Great Experience, November 16, 2015

This home had everything we needed. The bathroom was great for my friend who just had knee surgery with the large tub and easily accessible. The pool and spa were great. Ann was really great to work with with any questions leading up to our vacation. The onsite maintenance contact was easy to access and prompt to respond. Will absolutely look to rent this house again for the next trip. Thank You

For my first time renting a villa let me say it was the best!! Process was so easy and everything went excellent. The manager was friendly and helpful and made it comfortable. Location was so nice and private and so calm.

Supermarkets like wall mart, restaurants and parks were just minutes away. Will definitely come back next year and I recommend this villa to our friends.

Relaxing and Spacious, August 6, 2015

This vacation home was everything we wanted. It was spacious, clean, and provided a relaxing atmosphere. The children loved the pool (as well as the adults). The convenience with traveling to Disney was great. Ann and Gary were always available to answer questions and very prompt in returning emails! We could not have asked for a better stay. Would definitely return in the future, and would highly recommend renting through these owners, Ann and Gary!

This was our first time renting a vacation home and the experience went very well. No problems or headaches. The home was very clean and very spacious for a big family. We rented this house for memorial weekend and the house was very good , clean , with all the utensils that you need and everything that is on the description. We shared the house between 11 person ( 3 families) and everybody slept well enjoyed the pool. Of course there we some small things that already reported to be fixed. I will recommend this house of course , the instruction given to us was easy to follow.

I had an awesome experience and would recommend this home to anyone. This beautiful home is in a beautiful development and only a few minutes a way from the parks. The rooms are very spacious. Very clean home and very well maintained. The layout and the amenities were great. It felt like home. This is the second year I have rented from Ann and Gary. They are great to rent from. They were prompt, caring and respectful with all their responses. I know I will be in touch with them next year for our next vacation. HIGHLY recommended by my family. You won't be disappointed.

Ann & Gary made the rental process very easy! It was my first time renting a vacation home through Trip advisor and I feared to scammed, yet Ann responded quickly to my questions and upon receiving my deposit and payment. If was our first time renting a vacation home, I highly recommend you to rent this one!- You will fall in love and will want to make it your home!! We had a group of 8, 4 adults, 3 children, 1 teenager and the house met all of our needs. The kids loved the pool the most and although we visited entertainment parks around the area they always looked forward to going to the house or even staying at the home for a swim. Not to mention we are from up north so the days at the pool were lovely! Ann and Gary I'd like to thank you for allowing my family and I to stay at your home during our Spring Vacation. The home met all our needs and was just what we had expected. I look forward to renting your home in the near future. The home is beautiful, spacious, clean and overall comfortable. Hi Ann

Both houses were amazing. The Choir was so grateful to me for the accommodation. They loved it fact that they could be together because normally they would be split up and staying in different people's homes.

The houses were beautiful, clean, everything works. One of the things I was most happy about was that both driveways were long enough to accommodate their tour bus and truck.

I would absolutely recommend these property. Also I am grateful for your understanding and patience through the booking process.
