We stayed at the Solana resort in a villa owned by Ann. We were a group of 14, half of the group was under the age of 10. It was a 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom home with a pool. The house was beyond what I expected, we loved it. It was well maintained, updated and just a lot of fun. The kids loved the pool, and the games in the garage. I will definitely rent from Ann again, best experience.

From the Beginning of Booking, Ann was just a pleasure to work with. She answered everything right away. Their Florida Home Rental is just perfectly located near all, huge Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, Dollar Store within 5 minute drive! It is a Beautiful Neighborhood. The Location is simply Amazing! We were a party of 22 and we had plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The Master Bedrooms is Beautiful and we enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi so much that we didn't even go to the community one. Beaches are 1 and half hour away from either direction you go! All the Disney Parks are within 20 Minute Drive, which worked perfect for all of us. Ann & Gary thank you Soo Much for letting us stay at your Florida Home. We will Def be back in the future and will recommend it to friends/family!

Our family decided we wanted to go to Florida for vacation and go to Universal and Disney. We were excited to find two great houses across the street from each other to be able to be close. The houses were very nice and comfortable. The grandkids were very excited to get to play in the pools. We only had one issue with the security and they were great to get right back with us to correct it. We had an awesome vacation! Thanks to Ann and Gary for letting us use their houses. A Beautiful home close to Disney, Owners were very responsive, Great Community, have your own private pool and they have a community Pool too that has a bar. always something to do, either go out in the town or stay at the home and play in the pool or in the game room. Near to many well known restaurants. I deff recommend this Vacation home, & Most definitely will be coming back! Thank you again for your hospitality!

Our family rented this house for a family vacation and for all 12 of us to visit my daughter who lives in Orlando. The house was awesome!! It was very clean and the kitchen had everything you needed. The kids loved the pool. We also loved that 4 bedrooms had king beds with your own bathroom. The house was also decorated beautiful. Plenty of room for everyone. Also felt very safe.Had a guard at the gate at all times. They were also very friendly. We called and asked if there was any way we could check in early and we did!! Dollar General ,cvs, walmart were very close. Would definitely recommend and rent this house again, Thank you Ann for a wonderful vacation!!

This house was absolutely beautiful. Everyone was comfortable in their own space. If we had a problem management was out the next day to make sure everything was OK. The clubhouse and pool was amazing. We all loved the lazy river over at the club house. The community is very quiet if you are going just for relaxation and there is plenty of parking for several cars/trucks in front of the house. The owners are great, anytime there were any concerns before our trip they were always available to answer any questions. This is the 2nd time that i have rented from them and i will most definitely be renting from them again. Thanks again.

This was a perfect rental to celebrate our mothers 80th Birthday celebration. There was plenty of room and it is fully stocked for cooking utensils and dishware. The pool was awesome and it is in a nice quiet location with the pond behind. We had some great sunsets. The owner, Ann was very quick to respond to rental questions and the property managers were on the spot to fix a beeping fire alarm battery. I would highly recommend this esp. for families going to Disney parks.

There were 4 families sharing this home and this house was wonderful and very spacious, it was exactly what we needed. The pool and hot tub were a favorite hangout spot and the open and spacious kitchen came in handy for cooking for 24 people 😊 The Home is located in a nice area with little to no noise and the club house and lazy river were amazing. The games in the club house game room were free! We had a wonderful time, thanks Ann and Gary😉

This is the 3rd house my family used that belongs to the same owner. The second generation wanted their privacy, using this home allowed the young adults to enjoy the trip even better. Lovely home, nice pool, bedrooms were comfy. We played in the game room also. We will request this home again for our next vacation. Lovely area not too much traffic. Roomy and comfy living area.

Perfect house for large families or groups.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Quiet traffic area at resort for kids walking to and from the main resort area which had lots of activities for them. House was huge, 8 parents and 14 kids and lots of space for everyone. Grocery stores and other shopping needs were only minutes away. Parks were also relatively close. We all loved the pool and hot tub. Had some minor issues but a quick email to property manager and he was right there to help. Even brought ice when ice maker wouldn't work. I think our only concern was lack of recycling for cans and bottles! We would definitely stay here again.

This was my first time renting a vacation home, my family needed something with room for everybody. So we found these beautiful villas side by side. Ann was very nice answered all of my questions. This is a beautiful home very spacious, my family an I had a wonderful vacation. The house had everything we needed for our stay. We didn't get the pool heating but then decide last minute to add it, Ann was very nice an set that up for us the same day. I was very hesitant about renting from Ann and Gary at first but this was the first best choice I made for this trip. The house was great. Exactly as pictured and nothing but a very loving, cared for home. All my future trips will start by renting a vacation home from Ann. Ann was great and the check in and check out procedures were smooth with no problems. There was plenty to do at the home that we did it really have to leave but it helped a lot in making it one of our best family vacations. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing house and location!!! Look no further.

First of all, what an amazing location. Easy access to the major parks and local amenities. The villa was very well suited for a 3 generation family vacation with bedrooms galore. The villa was very well appointed with all the kitchenware anyone could need.

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home and the hospitality extended from the very first email we received from Ann. We were celebrating my daughter's 14th birthday which included a party of 4 teenagers and 2 adults. We knew the house was much larger than we needed, but it was so fun to have all the extra space.

The focus of the trip consisted of Disney and Universal park visits. Disney was approximately 10 minutes away and easy to get to. You are also a few miles from some major streets that have every restaurant and store you can think of.

The girls LOVED the air hockey game and could be heard playing it early and late into the evening. The best part of the home was the feeling of coming back to a beautiful, well appointed space after some exhausting days walking the parks. The upstairs seemed to be the hang out zone where the gaming tables are. It can be hard to please teenagers but they all loved their stay at this house. The beds were extremely comfortable and you could tell the house had been professionally cleaned.

Most of our meals were outside the home but we did buy breakfast food and cooked in the mornings before we left. We never took advantage of the home's pool or the clubhouse area given our busy park stays. However we visited the clubhouse and loved the pool and lazy river area. I personally appreciated the sign that said "our pool is 84 degrees every day"!

I would not hesitate to rent a home from Ann again. She made it so easy and I can't wait to go back in the future!!!!! Thank you again!

The house was very clean and spacious for our group of 7 on a golf trip. Ann was quick to respond and very helpful. Needed a couple of things from the care taker and he also was quick to respond and helpful. Had some trouble with the spa and pool heat but the cold weather at night made it difficult to heat. These were minor issues but would not hesitate to rent from Ann and Gary again.
