We enjoyed staying at this townhouse. It looked exactly like the pictures and was well taken care of. Plenty of room and love how the kitchen is open to the living room. Wish we could have enjoyed the pool but the weather was too cool that weekend. Not too far from Disney and felt safe with the gated community.

We had a large family group traveling to Florida and this property was perfect. Located within 20 minutes of Disney and 30 minutes of Universal. House has great bedroom layouts, including cribs, playpens and the bathrooms are all updated. We couldn't have asked for better. The owners were very responsive to any questions, and the Management Group on site were friendly and accessible also. I would (and have) recommended this home to others. Thanks Ann and Gary!

The house has so much space it's perfect for large groups! Lots of towels so you don't have to stuff them in your checked bags! The pool is awesome! Close to so many fun things to do! This is our 2nd year to stay at a house rented by these same people and they've welcomed us both times and they are quick to respond if anything is needed! Highly recommend renting any of their properties!

The house was absolutely wonderful! It is the perfect size for a family vacation. The house was super clean and excellently presentable prior to our arrival. My family and I were truly comfortable during our stay. There were several fun things to do by simply staying home. For instance, we had the option to hang out in the private pool or play a friendly game of pool or air hockey. Definitely recommend this vacation home for large families! I hope to stay here soon during my next family vacation!

We had a great time. the villa exceeded our expectations. Nice Rooms, Very spacious, clean, fully equipped villa, pool was clean...my guests were really pleased. Words are not enough to explain how much we enjoyed..the villa was EXCELLENT, well maintained! The security "beep" when opening the door to access the pool was also very good to have; it help prevent accidents. Service received from you at time of arranging rental was also good. Thanks. We did our best to leave the villa in the same condition we got it 😉

Based on our experience, one of my guests approached me for info about renting a villa at the Encore Resort... We will be back soon.

We booked with Ann and Gary and the house was everything that we could have dreamed of. My boys (2 and 4) especially loved the pool! The house was clean and big enough for all of us. Located near many restaurants, Walmart and close to all of the theme parks. This was my first time renting a vacation home instead of a hotel. Making the reservation, paying, and getting into the house was super easy and helped make our dream vacation come true.

This is a great house especially for multiple families traveling together. We stayed in the home for 10 days and the house was everything we needed and wanted. I traveled with my wife, our two young daughters, and both sets of grandparents. The floor plan of the home was perfect for us and each family had plenty of private space. Both sets of grandparents had their own rooms with private bathrooms on opposite sides of the house. The other three bedrooms were grouped together away from the first two bedrooms with both of our daughters' getting their own room with two twin beds in each and my wife and I getting a room with a queen bed. There was a hall bathroom centralized for these three rooms. The pool and jacuzzi were both clean and very warm (we paid for pool heat). The kitchen had everything you could need for cooking and lots of nice plates and silverware. The house had a wonderful dinning room table that seated 6 adults plus 2 children comfortably. For families with young children, the home had a nice single stroller (with rain cover), a pack-n-play for our youngest daughter to sleep in, and a high chair for her to eat in. There was a video game system, a pool table, and a fooseball table for older children to enjoy. We visited each of the Disney parks and this house is about 20 to 30 minutes from each park with traffic. There are lots of great shops and restaurants 15 minutes or less from the home. Hurricane restaurant and bar at the entrance to the neighborhood has very good food and delivers (food and some bar drinks) through Ubereats. Overall this was a wonderful home and a great value!

We had an amazing time in this beautiful house. Loved the 15 chaired dining table. All could sit together, enjoy the food and talk. All the bed rooms are just like in the pictures with very clean sheets, towels and bathrooms. The travel size soaps and shampoo are of very good quality which shows how good they want to take care of the guests. All bedrooms had TV with netflix, plenty of other channels, fast internet, game room had xbox, air hockey and foosball. A pool table could have made the game room perfect. Pool and spa was very nice. Plenty of pool towels in house and in the water park as well. Water park was a great bonus for us to take breaks from the house. Overall everyone loved the stay and I would book again in this house for our next reunion.

We were so grateful to find this home/property while we were evacuated for Hurricane Florence, especially since it allowed us to bring our pet cat. Once everything settled out, we were quite comfortable in the home. Great location, quiet; close to Disney and Universal. The furnishings were dated but comfortable, perfect for a family with pets. Would stay in this house again in the future.

We had a great stay here. Location was so close to the disney parks (10min) and close to many restaurants, walmart, target, shopping and publix. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Walking distance to the clubhouse where we used the gym and pool almost everyday. We also used the pool in the backyard. Ann was very helpful and answered all of my questions so quickly. We would definitely recommend this home and would rent it again.

My family and I really enjoyed staying in AnnGary Disney Villa. It was a dream come true home. I wished I had a luxurious house like this one. We were 15 people with 10 adults and 5 children, and we had more than enough space to live in. The kids had so much space in the living area to run around and play. The whole family enjoyed the swimming pool, it was our go to place after long tiring day of outdoor activities. Everybody enjoyed the luxurious kitchen space, 5 of us were able to cook around the stove. The jacuzzi was also awesome to hop into for both kids and adults. Ann was also very nice to respond to my inquiries so quickly and she is very professional in responding to my questions. I hope to visit the house many more times when I return to Florida. Thank you Ann and Gary for trusting us with the house!

Take a 1st look!

This house was absolutely amazing! The nine bdrms accomodated my family of 21 perfectly. It came with a gaming system the kids loved. It was very clean and the pool and spa area was great!I believe three kids learned to really swim cause we was in the pool breakfast, lunch, and late night. The air temperature was perfect fir rhe majority and kitchen provided what we needed. We didn't even leave the house much come to think about it (grocery store runs, and some shopping). And the view from front door to over the lake at sunset was gorgeous. Wish I could attach the pic I got! The resort (less than 5 min walk out the front door)and house became our vacation itself. Would definitely recommend. We actually are returning next year, but the house will not accomodate the extras that are coming due to all pictures we took. The only problem was ants in a few rooms, but we handled that ourselves. I thank you Ann & Gary for your prompt responses and for providing such a beautiful home for are much needed vacation getaway.

Will definitely be going back to this house, it is huge and well kept. All 24 persons slept in beds comfortably and no time were we in each others way. The kids fully enjoyed the pool and common the area facilities, as a matter of fact we spent most of our 4 days at the house and did not got to any of the Disney parks. Would highly recommend this place and actually have done so already.

Great house I would recommend this property to anyone we had a blast. The house was in great shape and we enjoyed the rooms. It was closet to all the attractions (Disney, Universal, Wonderworks, Old Town). We had fun and the house was an added bouse with a pool. I want to thank the propery managers for the great stay.

We loved the house, it was the perfect location for our group. We were there for AAU Showcase basketball tournament and the location was about 10 or 15 mins depending on traffic from the ESPN center at Disney. The Emerald Island Resort property was nice and clean. The kids loved the private pool and so did the adults. Besides the flys that follow you in when you open the front door, the neighborhood was real nice and the house was beautiful. We would definitely stay there again.

The house is well kept. Rooms have clean beds. Matress are comfortable. The pool is clean every week. The neighborhood is very good and quiet. The house is equipped with everything you need to have a great time. We had a great time.

My family was delighted when we drove into Emerald Island Resort,,, so beautiful! The home is very spacious, clean and it felt like home and we will come back next time we visit Florida. This house accommodated our large family and we never felt cramped in our week there. The air conditioning was wonderfully cool and the kitchen large and easy to work in with multiple cooks. All the beds were comfortable and the pool was in use at all times,,, until bedtime. If you have a large group and you want comfort this is the home to rent. I cannot say enough about much we enjoyed our stay. Ann is super easy to work with and very helpful. Thanks Ann and Gary for keeping your home in such nice condition.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Ann and Gary’s house ! Loved the spa and pool. Everything was perfect!! The house has lots of room for my family. Two masters suites which was amazing ! The beds were very comfortable ! Pool and spa were amazing. We got the heat for the spa and it heated up within 30 minutes. We needed for nothing - very nice and quite area. We only rented one of theses homes. We stayed in the tan house that is listed. It was in a great location close to Walmart, lowes, Sams club, Plublix, and close to Disney. The kids loved riding their scooters up and down the sidewalk in the evenings, and my husband and I enjoyed our walks around the neighborhood in the morning. The house had everything you needed it was just like being in our own home. Ann and Gary are very easy to rent off of, very informative and answered any questions or concerns that I had. This was my first time renting off of this site and Ann and Gary made it so easy that I booked with them again for next year. Thank you for all your help and opening up your home.
