The vacation home was situated in a nice quiet area. Close to a Walmart and parks. There was eight of us and we all had lots of space. The pool was great as well as the spa. This was our first trip to Florida and we had a wonderful time. We would diffently rent this house again if we decide to return to Florida.

We truly enjoyed our stay here at this home. We were 12 adults and kids and we didn't feel at all on top of each other or squishy. It was wonderful to have our own bathrooms that we didn't need to share. They neighborhood is quiet and lovely. The rooms where perfect for each of us. The home is clean the beds are comfy. It was overall the best place we have stayed at so fat. My in-laws were so pleased. We are looking forward to reuniting again another time of year and be able to use the pool perhaps. The owners were easy going and the process and rules easy to abide by. I got my emails replied asap. Overall we had a terrific time so glad we got a home to make our memories a memorable one!

Review #9104558 “Wonderful villa...exactly as it was described.”

Villa was perfect for our family of 4 but could accommodate many more. Every room was very clean & had everything you could wish for. A true 'home from home'. Villa is located in quiet area but just a short drive to many restaurants, shops, petrol station etc....it's in an ideal location for visiting everything the Orlando area has to offer. We would definitely go back.

We had an awsome time at this beautiful villa! Everything was perfect about our vacation. The house is very spacious and very clean. Our kids loved swimming in the large heated pool. Ann is very prompt at answering any questions you might have and was terrific to deal with. We would definetly stay here again!

Our party of eight cosisting of 5 adults an 3 children stayed at the villa in Davenport. It was an appropriate size for the group. The house was located within 15 mins to all major attractions with grocery stores and Walmart superstore within 5 mins drive. The house was very clean and tidy we were very happy with it. The heated pool was great! As for we were there in Feburary so we needed it. Great for evening fun after a long day at the theme parks. The house was equipped with everything u would need. The community was very quite but it was also active with residental home which made u feel secure. I would have to rate this house as a five star and I would definitely recommend it to others.I was really pleased with it for the price we paid. Thanks for renting us a home away from home.

We had a great stay in this unit. The home looked to be completely updated with new decor and bedding. Beds were comfortable. We loved how there were 2 bedrooms on the first floor and then 3 upstairs. It is laid out very nicely to have large number of people staying. The home sits back in the neighborhood so there is little traffic and no noise. Groceries, eateries and other stuff very easy to get to. We were unable to use the swimming pool, so can't really comment on it other than to say that it is a very nice size. The unit was very clean when we moved in. We would definitely stay here again.

The Villa was absolutely wonderful again to visit. It was very clean and fresh! My family and I truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to the next time. By the way, the coffee container had a crack in the bottom, so I went out and purchased a new replacement for the unit. I left it unused in the box on the kitchen counter. Thanks for everything!

We had a wonderful vacation and absolutely loved your house. I also really appreciate the way you responded so quickly through the whole process. It made everything so easy. The hot tub was a great solution for my dad after a day at Disney. He said it helped his muscles recover which was proven as each morning he was the first ready to go. There was plenty of space for all 11 of us. I would recommend your home to anyone!

My family and I had a wonderful time in Florida. My grandsons really enjoyed their first trip to Disney World, they saw all their favorite characters. The house was great and the location couldn’t be better for a Disney vacation. There were eight of us and everyone had lots of room. The pool was great even though with all our activities we used it only one time.

We are planning on another Florida trip next fall and would really enjoy spending our time in your lovely house again. Thanks again for your courtesy and assisting us in having a wonderful fall holiday.

We had a fantastic time staying at Ann and Gary's beautiful villa. Everything we could possibly need was provided. As a party of 10 there was plenty of room for us all to be together but to also have our own space when we wanted it. It was lovely to come back from a day at the parks and relax in the spa with a drink or have a game of pool in the games room. We wouldn't hesitate on renting from Ann and Gary again. Thanks also to Tasha for her help at the management company when we needed to contact her.

My travels take me globally and I can say unequivocally that this is one of the nicest homes I've stayed in over the years. When I heard of VBRO I was skeptical, to say the least. The impressive web site brought me back to this home again and again. I finally sent a generic inquiry, and was surprised and pleased to receive a timely reply from Ann that answered my many questions. This went on for some period of time, and Ann was always promt and polite when responding. Once I decided to rent the house Ann was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. The initial deposit and ultimate rental payment were promptly accounted for. When we finally arrived in Florida we were thrilled with the house, better than advertised. A problem with the pool was promptly repaired after an email to Ann. We loved the pool and spa, watching the sandhill cranes walk right up and watch us watching them. We would return again in a heartbeat. When we arrived back home, our deposit was promptly returned to us. Ann and Gary were good "hosts" and we hope to return soon to see all we missed.

We had a lovely time at the villa, it was very relaxing and the pool was huge (which the kids loved). It was clean and comfortable and we hope that we'll be able to stay in one of your properties again next

Overall, we had a nice stay in a nice home. Good value! I give it a 4.5 out of 5. I would be glad to provide a reference if needed.

We loved the pool, the screened in area, the garage turned to gameroom, the bbq grill, the decor was nice, all utilites woked great, all appliances were working great, too. Plenty of room to sit and watch tv and we loved the big dining room table. Also, it had no insect problems! Loved the door that went from the pool directly to a bathroom. Had plenty of utensils for the kitchen.

We cant wait to return! Thanx again.

We really enjoyed the place! I usually take the kids to a resort, and I asked what they want next time - and they all chose your home - hands down! It was really convenient to a number of family friendly restaurants and activities. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were immaculate, and the pool was perfect for a lazy day home.

Thank you very much! We had a great time and the house was perfect! Our oldest son loved the master bedroom off the pool and my wife and I loved the central master! It was nice to be close to or younger children at night.

The location was perfect for a Florida vacation. It is close enough to be a quick drive to Disney without being too near all the traffic and craziness and only about an hour from east and west coast beaches. The house was beautiful, well maintained and exactly as it appears in the photos.

Ann and Gary were both helpful and friendly. Ann was patient with all my questions, even when I had to change our arrival date. When we were having the pool issues and were not getting the help we asked for from the maintenance company, a quick email to Gary had the whole thing situated.

I loved having the room to spread out in. I know if we'd stayed in a cramped hotel room with two teenage girls sharing one bathroom for ten days we all would have been miserable. If I have a choice I will never stay in a hotel again. We saved money because the house was actually cheaper than a tiny hotel room. We also saved by going to the grocery store and making most of our meals at the house. We didn't bring anything with us except clothes to save on the luggage fees for checked bags at the airport. We did a shopping trip as soon as we arrived to get everything including food. We bought items like soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, toilet paper and trash bags. There were some things in the house when we arrived, but not enough to last through our stay. Everything else that you could think of was provided like towels, bedding and dishes. Even a pair of scissors and first aid kit!

Overall a great house, a great location and a great family vacation. We really had a wonderful time and the house was such a huge part of it's success. Thanks Ann & Gary!!

We had a family reunion during Memorial Day and chose this home as a base - great idea. The house is big, beautiful and clean. Communication was excellent, plenty of room to sleep and the house looks just like the pictures. Would recommend to friends and family and hope to return soon.

Now we are home again. And we have had a wonderful time in Florida. The days we spent in your house were wonderful.The house is great and enjoy the time we were in. Everything we need was in the house. And the neighborhood was very calm. The view from the pool was special. So many different birds came along. And the weather was so nice!! It is very cold here and rainy. Everything works out very well. It is too bad the holidays is finished now.

We had a wonderful stay in the villa. We had a tough time getting the granddaughters to leave! It was so nice to be able to spread out in the large home. Also, the pool was so much bigger than some of the other homes. The clubhouse facilities looked wonderful, but we were too busy to use them. This was a great place to enjoy a vacation.

We had a blast on our vacation! I am so glad we rented the house from you vs staying in a Disney resort! You house is absolutely gorgeous and was everything I expected it to be from the pictures and descriptions! I was truly sad when it was time to leave. Having 3 little kids it was so nice for them to each have their own bed and room. We even took advantage of the crib and high chair for the baby! I can honestly say that we had more fun hanging out in the house and swimming than we did at Disney World ;) I can not wait to book our next vacation in this house hopefully sooner than later!

Thank you so much for making our first trip to Disney so AMAZING! I have recommend your rental house to so many people and will continue to do so.

We had a fantastic holiday thank you. The villa was amazing and we loved the area as it was easy accessible to all that we wanted to do.

The villa was-

Clean

Spacious

Kids rooms were loved by them.

The pool area was fabulous.

Kitchen was well catered for ( not for kids we had to go and buy plates and cups as we were worried about breaking the nice set you have.)

Thank you for a clearly well organised welcome pack and clearly laid out expectations with the laminated notices it was very helpful. We would definitely use the villa again and have some people to show as well now we have returned.

This is a beautiful home! We had a great stay and it was the perfect set up for 2 families with young children. This house is about 8 miles to Disney. It was a wonderful escape back to the home after a long and tiresome day at the parks. Close to restaurants, grocery, and Walmart. The kids loved the pool. We only had one issue with the pool heat not working but management was quick to fix it once we called.

The owner, Ann, is wonderful to work with, helpful in answering questions and doing everything in a timely fashion. Only home for 5 days now and we already got our deposit back! This was our 1st time renting a vacation home and you made the process painless and easy!
