Jaidah Mohan

Jaidah Mohan is currently pursuing Ph.D in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) under the supervision of Prof. Jiyoung Kim. He finished his Bachelors degree in Materials Science and Engineering from College of Engineering Guindy, Anna University, India.

Jaidah is currently investigating the ferroelectricity in doped HfO2 by Atomic Layer Deposition as a prospect in future memory devices along with Dr. Sijoon Kim. He uses the Cambridge Nanotech Savannah S100 thermal ALD system for the deposition process and uses the electrical characterization tools: semiconductor parameter analyzer- Keithley 4200-SCS for measuring PE hysteresis, pulse generator- Agilent 81110A and Oscilloscope- Tektronix 7000 series for the standard pulse switching tests.
