Abhishek S. Kashyap

Kulbhushan Yadav
Kulbhushan has been a PhD scholar at IIT Ropar since July 2022, working under the joint supervision of Dr. Himanshu Tyagi and Dr. Manish Agrawal. Before joining IIT Ropar, he obtained M.Tech in Renewable Energy from Energy Institute (Bengaluru Centre) of Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology in 2022, and B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering From Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow, U.P. in 2016.
Ravi Beniwal
Ravi has been PhD scholar at IIT Ropar since Dec 2020, working under the supervision of Dr. Himanshu Tyagi. Ravi obtained a B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mahakal Institute of Technology and Science, Ujjain and M.Tech degree in Thermal Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology (NIT) Jaipur. His research interests are in the areas of refrigeration and air conditioning, desalination, and solar thermal applications. Ravi is recipient of the Prime Minister Research Fellowship (PMRF).
Shailendra Pratap Singh
Shailendra joined IIT Ropar as a PhD (part-time) research scholar in July 2022. He has been working as an Assistant Professor at ABES Engineering College, Ghaziabad. He has over seven years of teaching experience. He did his M. Tech degree from IIT Kanpur in the year 2014 under the supervision of Prof. K. Muralidhar. He completed his B. Tech degree in the year 2011 from Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. His interests lie in experimental fluid and thermal sciences, inverse heat transfer, computational fluid dynamics, solar thermal energy, and thermal energy storage. He is a life member of ISHMT, NSFMFP, and SESI professional societies. He earned certifications such as “NPTEL Discipline Star (Dec-2020)” and “NPTEL Motivated Learner (Jan-Apr, 2021)”. He secured AIR 365 in GATE (ME)-2012 and AIR 157 in GATE (XE)-2020. He hails from Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh. His hobbies are reading and walking.
Sundeep S. Hunjan
Sundeep joined IIT Ropar as a part-time PhD research scholar in January 2023 under the co-supervision of Dr. Himanshu Tyagi and Dr. Chander S. Sharma. He has been working at Amber Enterprises India Ltd, and obtained B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, Patiala.
