Mostly it's about the darker side of the Philippines no one wants to talk about. I cover many things here including history, current events, religion, social and cultural mores, and my own experiences. Anything which has to do with the Philippines is fair game and a fit topic for Philippinefails. (The House of Dula respects the personal opinion of author of the Philippinefails ..afterall, everyone has the right to express their feelings, we are in a democratic country. In fact, we sincerely thank him for taking time reacting to a traditional ritual of the House of Dula in a highly spirited and creative writing style -- some of them maybe too imaginative to some people. We hope to see more Filipinos noticing some of our ancient rituals - in whatever light - positive or negative, hoping that it might somehow touch a patriotic button in their hearts, in whatever way. We believe that apathy is the opposite of love, not hate. We never harbor any ill feelings to any compatriot who is just trying to share an honest personal approach -- good or bad -- of his own style of patriotism for our homeland.)

While tracing a few leads trying to find the origin of the resurgence of the Philippines is Ophir doctrine in modern times I ran across something quite odd that goes by the name of the "Dine with the Ancestors Havilah Rites of the Lakanate of Tondo." On May 12th, 2019 Timothy Schwab of The God Culture took part in these rites.
