Carry out the duties and functions in an ethical and responsible manner
Keep school board members informed about school operations and programs
To work with the school board and the community to develop a vision for the district
Help create an environment that is safe
Help create an environment that allows success and follows the district's mission/vision

Propose and institute long term strategic plans
