Making Web Sites Work

These two lectures are to help you start to build your own web-site for your small tourism business or to present your portfolio of skills to a new employer. You can start to build your website and your weblog at the same time to compliment and to complement one another. One will push and pull your readers from one to the other. In 2022 I went back to using the free packs from Google, for both blog and site, Google Blogger and Google Sites. They do not demand HTML coding so that you can concentrate on writing good content that is valuable to your audience. A good website takes as long to build as the pyramids, let's hope yours lasts as long, and attracts as many visitors.
