Suggestion (Will)

Suggestion works similarly to the Dominate power except that the esper using the power has no mental link to the target and therefore is not guiding his actions. Instead, verbal instructions are passed to the target who acts on them. The esper must be able to speak to the intended target in person. The GM may opt to give the target a bonus to his Resist test based on the nature of the suggestion(s) being made.
Variants of this skill are possible for species that use other than spoken language, such as pheromones or visual signing, but the requirement that the esper be in proximity to the targeted individual remains.
