Training/Lessons

Tennis training and lessons are currently running , and they are available for all club members.

Club membership for the current season (summer or winter) is a pre-requisite.

(see dedicated pages here; this gives also access to the tennis courts for free-play).

For additional information and for registration, please contact the Club Commitee

The ESOC club is sponsoring the court fees. (both winter and summer).  The lessons are held with the professional trainer Marius Lenth and his assistant(s).

The Trainers' fee is 40 EUR fee per lesson to be split, individual lesson 35 EUR (please confirm with the trainers tha lastest applicable fee); In case of group lessons, the fee is to is to be split according to participants (typically from 1 to 4 people).

All Trainers' fee are to be paid directly to the trainer after each lesson (please bring along cash).

A social chat is used in "Signal" app, for short terms planning, e.g. cancellations due to weather, trainer/trainees unavailability, etc... Tennis club members are expected

The training plan and participation for summer and winter is arranged directly with trainers/trainee  via Signal group chat;

Important:

• During the winter season, lessons are arranged in some slots pre-reserved from the club where we know the trainer (Marius) has availability.

  • Trainees arrange with Marius via Signal Training chat and write down their names directly in the excel sheet to flag that they will attend the training.  Check the Winter booking excel for details.

• During the summer season trainings are held in a different club  (SKV Rot-weiss) than the one used for free-play (Tennis Oase)

  • Trainees arrange with Marius via Signal Training chat. No track is kept in the Summer excel (which is only used for Free-play)

• Again: it is important to make sure trainings are arranged with Marius (and agreed beetween trainees) in advance to make sure court occupancy is adequate (4-5 people maximum to have a proper enjoyable training)
