2014 AGM Announcement

The 2014 ESOC Tennis Club AGM will take place:

on Thursday 16th January at 18:00

in the BRAUSTÜB´L, Goebelstr. 7, Darmstadt

We kindly invite all interested persons to participate. This is also a chance for all newcomers to know about our activities. The idea for this year is to hold also a more social meeting and have some drinks together in a relaxed atmosphere.

If you plan to come, please send us an email so that we can arrange the reservation with the Braustüb´l for the correct number of persons.

The proposed agenda for the meeting:

- Review of the current season (tournaments, web site, finance)

- Nominate new committee: President, Secretary and Treasurer.

- Discuss budget / activities for next year

- Membership fees

- ESA Tournament 2014 and Trip Captain

- AOB
