Dear club members and Tennis friends,
as the year 2017 is coming to an end, it is time to look back to the activities we organised this year and plan for 2018.
We need you all for this in the upcoming AGM!
ESOC Tennis Club Annual General Meeting
This will be an excellent occasion to get together in a nice atmosphere and discuss about new activities and what we want to improve for next year.
Plus... it's a good occasion to invite you to a drink, so that we can chat and a laugh all together.
Please let us know your availability here, so that we can plan and adjust the reservation if needed:
Feel free to forward the invitation to anyone interested in the tennis club activities next year.
The points to be discussed at AGM are:
1. Review of last year and forecast for 2018
2. Financial status
3. Election of the new committee
4. Membership fees
5. Tennis lessons and social events (BBQ, trips to pro-tournaments, etc..)
6. Any further point raised by the club members
