Summer Season

For free-play, the ESOC Tennis Club uses the services of TENNIS OASE, a club located in Darmstadt, close to "Böllenfaltor" stadium, at the end of the tramway 9 (also passing by ESOC).  The club owns 4 clay courts, a  newly refurbished Cafe-bar, and... a friendly atmosphere maintained by Alena, the lady managing Oase. Summer Membership , Court Access: 

Since the beginning of summer season 2023, as agreed at Annual General Meeting, the booking system of the courts has been changed , in a way similar the winter season. The membership allows you to access the 3 hours (an additional slot has been added as of Summer 2025) that are firmly booked by the ESOC tennis club as follows:

• Wednesdays 19:00 to 20:00 Court-TBD

• Thursdays 19:00 to 20:00 Court-1

• Sundays 17:00 to 18:00  Court-1

 The booking is done by means of an internal spreadsheet to our club, to coordinate and allow fair distribution of the booked hours, and avoid overcrowding, following the indicated rules in the header

Extra Bookings and Contact details: 

For playing extra hours (outside of the firm hours booked bythe ESOC Tennis club), you need to arrange this privately and pay directly at the property (see fees in OASE website). Courts are opened the full day the whole week, including Sunday and bank holidays (note: there is no artificial illumination). Generally one could play almost each time booked, with a couple of days advance-booking .

Mobile: SMS or Whatsapp message directly to Alena's number is the recommended way for booking any hours outside You will get the contact details once you are in the members' list.
