Annual General Meeting

the Annual General Meeting of the Tennis club is planned for Fri 22/Jan/2021 at 18:00, the zoom video-conference invitation has been sent out by email. Please let me know if you intend to be a candidate for next year club committee.

The agenda of AGM is:

1. Review of last year activities, forecast for 2021

2. Financial status, Membership fees

4. Tennis lessons, social events, CoViD-19 limitations

5. Messenger system for club members (WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, etc..)

6. Election of the new committee

7. Any further point, raised by the club members
