The next ESOC Tennis Club AGM will take place:

on Tuesday 19th January at 19:30

in La Lucha, Schleiermacher Str. 10-12, 64283 Darmstadt

We kindly invite all interested persons to participate. This is also a chance for all newcomers to know about our activities in a relaxed atmosphere having some drinks together.

The proposed agenda for the meeting:

1. Review of last year and forecast for 2016

2. Financial status

3. Election of the new Tennis Club committee

4. Membership fees

5. Tennis lessons and social events (BBQ, trips to pro-tournaments, etc..)

6. Arrangements for the 2016 ESA Tennis Tournament to be hosted in Darmstadt

7. Any further point raised by the club members

8. Actions opened

9. AOB
