Webquest

During my third year of studies I completed a Technologies Across the Curriculum subject. An assignment task of this subject was to create a webquest. I chose Year 1 as my target audience and the curriculum area of science. 'Everyday materials can be changed in a variety of ways' was the specific content descriptor.. In combination with the science subject area we had to align this with a Design and Technologies subject content descriptor. As the Technologies subject was in the draft stage we worked from the scope and sequence. I chose 'To explore the characteristics and properties of material;s and components that are used to produce designed solutions' for the content descriptor.
