Lesson Plans

I have been fortunate enough to teach a wide range of learning areas whilst on practicum in years prep, 1 and 2. In addition to the key learning areas I have also taught lessons in the whole school program called "You Can Do It" and religion. 

When planning for all of my practicum lessons I am guided by the National curriculum and the learner profiles compiled during my visits. I also call on my supervising teaching and support staff for additional information on their previous teaching experience with the subject and students abilities and needs. I enjoy encorporating literature in all learning areas to foster a love of reading and encourage students to see that learning is everywhere. ICT is another strategy I incorporate in all key learning areas.
