Thank you for your request for information received on 27 June 2016, in which you asked for the following information:
Please provide me with details of and the current status for all cases in the last 12 years where the Council has sold land to a private developer and included an Overage agreement under which the Council would share in any profit made by the developer.

My response is as follows:
1. Apex House Site – Contract with Grainger Seven Sisters Limited dated 20 November 2014 with Planning or Sales overage. Waiting for planning condition to be satisfied.
2. Hornsey Depot site – Contract with Sainsbury’s Supermarkets Limited dated 6 September 2010 – Planning and sales Overage. Planning Overage paid. Waiting for construction to complete.
3. Land at Olympia Trading Estate – Contract with GLA Land and Property dated 16 February 2016 – Planning Overage. Awaiting planning condition to be satisfied.
4. Tottenham Town Hall site – Contract with Newlon Housing Trust dated 18 December 2008 – Sales Overage calculation pending.
5. Land at Keston Centre – Contract with Pocket Living (2013) LLP dated 25 November 2015 – Sales overage. Awaiting planning.
6. Land at Station Square West – Contract with Station Square Developments Limited dated 15 October 2015 – Planning overage. Waiting for planning condition to be satisfied.
7. Red House Site, 423 West Green Road – Contract with Magic Homes Limited dated 21 June 2016 – Planning and Sales Overage. Waiting for planning.
8. Wards Corner site – Contract with Grainger Seven Sisters Limited dated 23 January 2015 – Sales Overage. Construction not started yet.
