I can confirm that the information requested is held by Brent Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.
Agreements in the last 10 years where the Council has sold land to a private developer and included an Overage agreement under which the Council would share in any profit made by the developer are listed in the table below:

I refer to your FoI response reference 5597296.
Please, as a follow up or new FoI request, provide me with details for Overage on the Barham Estate, Wembley HAO and Former Ely, Wells & Camdbridge Courts, Kilburn, NW6 developments of the amount received or to be received by the Council and how it was calculated.
Could you please also provide me with the terms of the Overage agreement for all four developments or let me know where I can find them.
