An article, Matsunami et al. about development of microsatellite markers for Hynobius retardatus, is accepted in Current Herpetology. This work is also achieved by the Ion PGM sequencing by Dr. Nozawa in National Institute of Genetics same as our previous works. The background and detail of this method are described in Igawa et al. (2015a).
松波さん（北海道大）らとの共同研究、エゾサンショウウオのマイクロサテライトマーカー開発に関する論文がCurrent Herpetologyに受理されました。今回も野澤さん（遺伝研）にIon PGMでショットガンシークエンスを依頼し、迅速かつ低コストで開発できました。この方法のまとめは、拙著 (Igawa et al., 2015a)に記述しています。 (2015/4/26)
